1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ListingService (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ListingService is a SaaS platform that uses AI to generate product listings for Etsy sellers. Features include photo-based listing generation, catalog management, and direct publishing to Etsy via the Etsy API.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to ours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate listings for prohibited or counterfeit items
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Violate Etsy's Terms of Service through actions taken via our platform

6. AI-Generated Content

Listing content generated by our AI is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing it to Etsy or any other platform. We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing suggestions, descriptions, or category classifications.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We retain ownership of the platform, AI models, and generated interfaces.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from publishing AI-generated content to Etsy.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
