Refund Policy

Overview
All payments for ListingService subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and refund processing on our behalf.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form on our website with your registered email address and reason for the refund.
Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated refund requests, account violations). Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal are generally not refundable, but we evaluate each case individually — contact us and we will do our best to help.

The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refund policy applies.
